Most wear saffron-orange robes and rudraksha malas, many with orange turbans or head cloths, and several sit with palms pressed together in anjali mudra. A young man in the centre-right wears a long-sleeved orange garment with a rudraksha mala and bracelets, hands folded. Behind them are stone and painted tiger figures, and at left an ornately carved wooden or metal pillar with a hanging lamp is visible. The scene suggests devotional gathering or satsang.2017-08-08 +2 copiesAugust 08 20172017-08-08 +1 copiesAugust 08 20172017-08-08August 08 20172017-08-08November 16 20152015-11-16August 08 20172017-08-08 +1 copiesA crowded outdoor courtyard gathering of devotees in saffron-orange clothing, many wearing orange turbans and rudraksha malas. In the foreground, young men and women sit closely together, some with bare shoulders draped in orange cloth, others with ornate beaded necklaces and bangles. An ornately carved wooden throne or seat stands at left. Behind them, two standing figures in orange garments and a red-walled building with a wooden door and hanging fringed decorations complete the setting. A tiger-striped cloth appears at the lower right corner. No individual can be confidently identified as a person from appearance cues in this image, so the figure is described only by role.2017-08-08 +1 copiesPhotograph of a large seated group of devotees in saffron and orange robes outdoors beneath a large banyan-type tree with spreading aerial roots. Many participants have shaved heads or tied-back hair, white vertical forehead markings, and beaded rudraksha-style malas. Several raise their hands, some with fingers pointed upward. A man in the lower right wears a saffron shawl, glasses and a multi-strand beaded necklace, sitting among the group. A standing figure in a saffron cloth at the top right and a few other seated attendees complete the scene, with a white ceremonial vessel visible at the bottom edge. Walls and greenery frame the background.2013-03-10August 09 20172017-08-09 +2 copiesJuly 30 20132013-07-30
