Photo inside a small room with a whitewashed wall and exposed wooden rafters. Four devotees stand with palms pressed together in prayer before a shelf holding brass lamps, incense and small offerings. Above the shelf hangs a large printed portrait labelled "PARAMAHAMSA SRI NITHYANANDA", showing a seated saffron-robed figure beneath a banyan tree. A second printed portrait of a smiling saffron-robed figure with a long garland is pinned lower on the wall. The left devotee wears a white shirt, the one in the centre wears a sleeveless red top with orange cloth, the woman wears a yellow sari with an embroidered border, and the right devotee wears an orange robe. Framed photographs and a wall clock hang nearby.

Inside a modest thatched or tin-roofed room, several devotees face a wall shrine decorated with framed photographs and a large poster of a seated saffron-robed figure before a tree backdrop, labelled with the printed caption "...a person". On the left, a man in white with an orange shawl holds a video camera, while a man in an orange shawl and white dhoti stands nearby. Another man in a red sleeveless top and a woman in a yellow blouse and orange-brown patterned sari stand in the middle. A man in white bends toward a small red table holding a television and DVD player, with calendars and a garlanded deity picture on the wall beside them.

Photograph of a domestic shrine room inside a house during a home visit. A woman in a rust-orange garment with a white flower garland in her hair stands back-to-camera, holding a ring-shaped object near a wall altar. The altar holds a large purple-toned framed picture of a man with long hair in a robe, garlanded with pink and orange flowers, beside a small deity murti and flower offerings on an orange cloth. Above is a framed set of small deity pictures with a pink and white flower garland. Two devotees at left, a white-clad man and an older woman, stand with palms pressed together in prayer, and a shaved-headed man in orange at right watches. A glass cabinet with figurines and trophies sits at right and a ceiling fan overhead.

A photograph inside a small room with pale green walls and a wooden door frame. A young man in a white kurta with an orange shawl draped over one shoulder stands centre-frame with eyes lowered and a red tilak on his forehead; his hands rest at his sides. To the left, a man in a white shirt holds his palms together in anjali, and a woman in a red top faces the shrine. On the right, a woman in a gold sari with a red border folds her hands in namaskar. Behind them, a wall shelf holds framed deity prints and a small lit oil lamp, with a brass kalasha-like pair of ornaments and a framed goddess image above. The scene suggests a household puja or darshan moment.

Indoor photo of a small whitewashed room with a red-brown floor. A standing devotee in an orange-red garment with a white flower garland performs an aarti, holding a lit brass oil lamp over a white-cloth table set with brass bowls, a kalasha-style vessel, flowers and offerings. Behind the table, a framed portrait with a garland shows a figure in orange robes with long dark hair and a red bead necklace, draped with a magenta cloth. Two women with folded hands stand to the side: one in a pale yellow sari, one in grey; a man in white dhoti and shirt with an orange shawl stands at left with palms joined in namaskar. Orange and red flowers decorate the wall.

A small home shrine room in Coimbatore with pale green walls and a white-draped table holding a framed portrait of a long-haired figure in saffron robes with a rudraksha mala, garlanded with a pink-and-magenta flower chain, beside a brass vessel, brass plates and a basket of flower petals. A woman in an orange sleeveless top stands facing the shrine with hands together, and to the left a man in white with glasses and a woman in white hold palms joined in prayer. At right, two more people kneel in orange and maroon clothing before shelves of framed deity pictures, and a tall calendar print of a deity hangs on the wall. The portrait is a depiction, and the framed figure's cues are long hair, saffron robe and rudraksha mala, so it is labelled Swamiji (probable) as a depiction.

A bare-chested man in a rust-orange dhoti and matching shawl stands barefoot with palms pressed together in namaste before a framed portrait garlanded with orange and white flowers. The portrait hangs on a pink wall beside a small table holding a silver plate, a bowl and framed photos. Behind him, a family of devotees, including a girl in a pink dress and a boy in a dark shirt, stand with hands folded; a woman in a maroon sari also joins in. The tiled floor has a red circular pattern and the room has pink walls and a hospital-style bed.
