A man in a long orange robe with long swept-back hair stands at center, touching the head of a devotee who bows with hands pressed together. Beside him, another orange-clad figure holds a tray with white cards or papers. Behind the railing, devotees in white shirts and dhotis stand with palms joined. The orange-robed central figure has long hair and distinctive appearance cues consistent with a person, positioned in a blessing role.2009-12-16December 13 20092009-12-13A photograph of a satsang hall where a figure in an orange saffron robe with long swept-back dark hair and a heavy ornate gold necklace of beads stands at centre, extending a hand in blessing toward a bald elderly man in white clothes with a tilak mark on his forehead. A kneeling man in white dress with a brown shawl bows with palms pressed together, and an older man with glasses in white clothes and a mala stands at left with folded hands. Beside the blessing figure, a man in an orange robe holds a silver tray with offerings. A white-shirted man stands behind, and a projection screen and orange and yellow banner hang on the wall. Visible people: several, roughly six to twenty. Swamiji (probable): the central blessing figure wears saffron robes, long dark hair and ornate gold bead necklaces, a distinctive presentation.2011-02-27A photograph of an indoor gathering where a man in a saffron-orange robe with a long rudraksha mala is reaching out to touch the forehead of a devotee, who has his palms pressed together in namaste. Several other devotees in white shirts and dhotis stand with hands folded in anjali, and a priest in white with a red-bordered cloth and shaved head stands at right holding a silver tray with gold items. A wall backdrop shows a deity image with an orange-curtained alcove, and a hanging orange and red decoration is visible at top. The rudraksha-garlanded man in orange is a candidate for a person based on his saffron robe and mala, and he is giving blessing to devotees.2010-11-30November 14 20102010-11-14 +1 copiesDecember 01 20092009-12-01 +2 copiesA photograph inside a temple shrine. A man with long dark swept-back hair, wearing an orange saffron shawl and a heavy ceremonial gold-coloured necklace of rudraksha-style beads, raises his right hand to touch the forehead of a devotee in a white shirt. Several devotees in light and white clothes stand in line with hands folded, some holding small objects. Nearby, a man in white dhoti with a gold border and two men in orange robes stand by, and an orange-robed attendant holds a brass tray of offerings at the right edge. This appears to be a blessing or initiation moment, with the central figure giving touch blessings to those in line.2011-02-27November 15 20102010-11-15A photograph of a temple darshan scene in front of a deity murti adorned with garlands of yellow and orange flowers.
