Photograph of a crowded temple courtyard with a covered pavilion. A man in the centre wears a pink-and-white flower crown, a brown dhoti and a long garland of marigold-orange flowers over bare shoulders, standing among priests. Nearby, a bare-chested man in an orange dhoti with a gold-bordered waist cloth stands beside a figure in white robes with a shawl. Other men wear white dhotis with gold borders and rudraksha-style necklaces; women in white saris and orange-and-gold garments stand around them. Onlookers in shirts and dhotis watch at right, and a tall brass lamp stand with a bell-like pillar appears in the background.

A crowded procession moves down a long colonnaded temple corridor with grey pillars. At the centre, a woman in a saffron shawl and white sari with long hair smiles with palms pressed in namaste, walking beside a figure in orange robes. A man in orange and a white-clad attendant with a grey-white shawl and gold necklace stand nearby. Above the crowd a yellow and red ceremonial banner on a pole is carried forward. A man in a cream shirt holds a long black ceremonial staff. Many devotees in orange shawls and white clothes press along the route, with men in orange and white and a girl in red in the background, under a bright sky.

A photograph of a line of devotees in a temple colonnade, shot from behind and from the side. In the foreground a shirtless man with a white and brown cloth draped over his shoulder and brown rudraksha armbands stands with his back to the camera. Beside him a bearded man wears a yellow and white dhoti and has white ash markings on his chest and arms. On the right, a bearded sadhu with long dreadlocked hair and a rudraksha mala wears an orange shawl and orange-red cloth, and a second man with a headband and gold necklaces stands beside a woman holding a green and red offering. Several other people in white and orange clothing fill the background under a tiled roof.

Outdoor ritual gathering under a pavilion decorated with colourful hanging lanterns and striped cloth. A large crowd of devotees stands behind a low wooden fire pit emitting smoke, with a patterned rainbow-striped cloth draped over the altar table. A central figure with a red-and-gold headdress, heavy gold necklaces and a white flower garland stands with raised hands. Nearby, a man in white dhoti holds a long ceremonial staff with a colourful canopy, a woman in a teal saree stands in the crowd, and a seated priest in white bends over the altar. A brass oil lamp and a small clay figure sit on the table, and a pink lotus-shaped ornament appears in the right foreground. Cameras are visible at left. The scene resembles a homa or puja, with the central man showing distinctive adornments.

Outdoor temple courtyard with a light grey marble floor and a crenellated stone wall behind. A bare-chested priest in saffron dhoti on the right holds a brass plate of offerings toward a yellow-framed shrine gate with red-pink flower garlands hanging above it. In the centre, a long-haired figure in orange robes and a white flower garland stands with palms pressed together, a rudraksha mala on the chest and a metal stand beside. Around them devotees in white dhotis with orange shawls stand in a crowd, some with hands folded. A yellow sign with Tamil script sits at the base of the shrine.

Crowded outdoor temple scene with a stone shrine entrance under a corrugated metal awning. Two priests in saffron-orange garments stand at the threshold; one bare-chested attendant in white-and-orange cloth holds a brass vessel while a shaved-headed priest in orange robe and garland gestures forward. A red umbrella with fringe stands at left and a green canopy at right. Dense devotees in white clothes and dark-haired crowd fill the foreground, some turned away from the camera. A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes with a white flower garland stands with palms pressed together in namaskar, facing a shrine doorway. Beside him an older man in an orange shirt and white dhoti stands with hands folded, and a row of devotees in white dhotis and orange shawls stand behind. On the right, a bare-chested priest in an ochre dhoti holds a brass aarti plate with lit oil lamps toward a red-and-gold shrine entrance hung with a red and white flower garland. A yellow metal box with a Tamil inscription sits in the foreground, and a video camera is mounted at the right edge.

A crowded temple hall during a ritual event, with a large crowd of devotees seated and standing under ornate red and green canopies and tall decorated poles. Many women in cream and white saris with gold borders and rudraksha necklaces fold their hands in prayer, and several men in white dhotis and bare upper bodies, some wearing gold necklaces, sit on red mats near a keyboard and a decorated offering tray. A woman in a leopard-print top and gold-trimmed sari sits prominently in the foreground with hands folded. No individual is clearly identifiable as a person in this view, and the scene shows devotees and ritual attendants rather than a clear central figure.
