Photo of a welcome ceremony outdoors under a canopy decorated with pink and orange streamers and a striped umbrella. A central figure in an orange-red turban and a white flower garland, with a gold-beaded necklace and a crowd of devotees in white and orange around him, is showered with pink petals. Standing nearby, a bearded man in orange robes and a woman in teal with a tray of offerings look on. In the foreground, devotees in white with rudraksha malas fold their hands in namaskar behind a green ribbon. A larger crowd stands among green trees in the background.2008-07-27July 27 20082008-07-27June 29 20142014-06-29June 19 20142014-06-19A photograph of an inauguration at a doorway. A figure in a saffron-orange robe with long swept-back hair and a garland of white jasmine and red flowers cuts a white ribbon stretched across a white doorway with a small scissors. Beside him a smiling man in white shirt and white dhoti holds a brass pot with green leaves. Other people in white clothes crowd nearby. Above is a woven bamboo canopy decorated with colourful festoons and banana plants, and a bunch of green bananas hangs at left.2009-08-11December 31 20092009-12-31June 29 20142014-06-29July 27 20082008-07-27A photograph at an outdoor temple entrance framed by palm trees, a hanging bunch of green coconuts, and a tall wooden post. In the centre, a figure in an orange-saffron robe with a saffron head wrap and layered red and yellow marigold garlands walks forward with raised, open hands while speaking. Beside and behind him, several people in white ritual clothes, some with yellow or red shawls and rudraksha-style necklaces, follow through the doorway; one man on the right holds his palms together in namaste. A uniformed attendant in white stands at the left edge. Green mat and a patterned floor threshold lead into the courtyard, where stone sculptures and a white decorated structure are visible.2009-12-30July 27 20082008-07-27January 10 20092009-01-10Photograph of a doorway in a whitewashed corridor decorated with pink and red flower garlands and green leaf festoons. A man in an orange-red turban and orange cloth with a white garland stands in the centre, with a younger man in orange robes beside him. Around them, people in white dhotis and shirts, a boy in white with a rudraksha-style necklace, and women in pink and in saris stand close together. In the foreground a woman holds a brass vessel with flowers, and a videographer films at right. Possibly an arrival or welcome moment in the ashram; the central figure's appearance is not sufficiently distinctive to confirm an identity.2008-07-27
