Around the figure, devotees in orange shawls and white dhotis press close, a woman in a white sari with red floral border wears jasmine flowers in her hair, and a man in a yellow shirt has sacred ash marks on his forehead. In the foreground, a man in white holds a long metal ceremonial horn-like instrument. Above the crowd, a decorated umbrella with a red and gold canopy is carried in the procession, and temple pillars line the background.

Behind them, women in saris and salwar and onlookers stand near orange and red flags, and footwear lies on the ground in front.

A crowded village street procession with bright sunlight flaring through the frame. Musicians in white dhotis and shirts play traditional drums and a long wind instrument; one drummer holds a thick-rimmed frame drum and another plays small hand cymbals. Men with sashes over their shoulders walk among women in colourful saris, some carrying brass plates with flowers, and children. Banana stalks with hanging green bananas frame the scene on both sides, with tents and a green building behind. Many spectators line the route.

A village procession gathers in a sandy lane in front of a small blue-and-cream temple gateway topped with a pink-roofed shrine containing a deity murti flanked by bulls. Men in white dhotis and shirts play drums and a long wind instrument (nadaswaram-style horn), while women in colourful saris—pink, blue, orange, and yellow—stand along the left, some holding white flags on poles. A bare-chested man stands at right near a bicycle, and trees and a utility pole frame the scene. The event is a ratha yatra-style procession of temple deities.
