In the foreground, an ornately engraved silver trident (trishul) with a three-pronged head and patterned floral relief stands upright on a twisted silver shaft. The trident has three curved prongs with a central spear point and an ornate silver shaft with a collar. In the lower corners, the blurred silhouettes of a few people are partly visible at the frame edge, but no one is in focus. The trident is a Shiva symbol used in Hindu ritual at the Ganga ghat in Haridwar.2014-03-10Close-up photograph of two ornate silver trishulas, the trident staves of Lord Shiva, with engraved floral and scroll patterns on the prongs and twisted, knobbed shafts. Behind them a dark maroon curtain hangs. At the left edge, a partially visible man with dark curly hair and a beard, wearing a white garment, is turned away from the camera, appearing to be a devotee or priest in a temple setting.2018-05-31July 07 20092009-07-07 +1 copiesMay 02 20182018-05-02 +1 copiesApril 24 20182018-04-24 +1 copiesMay 02 20182018-05-02 +2 copies
