Outdoor site clearing on a dirt ground beneath leafy trees and palms. A man in an orange shirt and jeans bends over a blue bucket, shovelling debris. A second man in a yellow t-shirt and dark trousers, with a cloth tied on his head, stands holding a broom. A green tractor with a blue tipper trailer is parked at right, and a third worker stands on the tractor. Corrugated sheeting, a low orange-brick wall and a few discarded items lie in the background. Two workers in the foreground shovel soil: a young man in a light blue shirt and green shorts and an older man in a checked shirt and teal head cloth. Behind them, several people in orange robes and white dhotis or kurtas walk and work among the piles. Nearby is a wooden scaffold frame, a blue plastic drum, scattered stones and rubble, and a small brick building. Tall palm and leafy trees fill the background under a pale sky. +1 copiesA photograph of people digging red earth beneath a large banyan tree with spreading aerial roots. In the foreground a man in a black sleeveless top and beige trousers, barefoot, presses a long metal spade into the soil with both hands. Beside him a man in a red t-shirt and grey track pants with red stripes tips soil from a metal basin. Behind them a person in an orange robe and orange shawl stoops to work, and a person in a brown tunic and white trousers leans over a digging tool, smiling. Several more people in orange and white clothing work in the background near green tents and a camera operator at the left edge.2016-09-11Two shaved-headed men in saffron-orange dhotis and wraps, bare-chested with rudraksha and beaded bracelets, are emptying leafy garden refuse into a green wheelie bin on a gravel path beside a red-painted building and banana plant. The man on the right smiles as he lifts clippings toward the open lid; the man on the left grips the bin handle. Behind them a third orange-clad figure and a man in a dark shirt stand near another green bin. No a person appearance cues are present, so the figures are described by role only.2016-08-18September 11 20162016-09-11Outdoor digging at a shaded site beneath a large banyan tree with aerial roots. Beside him a person in an orange-saffron shirt printed with a portrait holds a spade, and another in orange robes digs at right. Several onlookers stand around, including a woman in a lilac sari with an orange border and a man in a white shirt.
