January 12 20152015-01-12A procession on a red carpet under a white and pink tented pavilion, with banana leaves and a trident visible. A central figure with long dark hair wears a deep maroon-red robe and is draped in thick marigold garlands in orange and yellow. Around them, several saffron-robed sannyasis wear orange-and-gold cloth, orange turbans and rudraksha malas, some carrying ceremonial items. A man in white dhoti and white shawl with a rudraksha mala walks at left, and a bald man in a light blue shirt stands at the far left edge. Bright sunlight casts strong shadows on the carpet. The central garlanded figure has no visible a person-specific cues beyond the garlands and maroon robe, so identity is uncertain.2015-01-13January 12 20152015-01-12A photograph of a procession inside a white-roofed pavilion with blue fringed trim and a red carpet underfoot. In the foreground, a smiling man in a dark red-orange dhoti and shawl with gold borders, a red turban, and a thick gold-beaded necklace walks forward, a red-and-gold cord visible at his waist. Behind him, several men in saffron-orange robes with gold borders and rudraksha malas follow, along with men in white dhotis and red-orange shawls, and a few women in saffron saris and a child in the background. Tie colours to owners: the lead figure wears the turban and gold necklace; others wear plain white or saffron garments. Strong appearance cues on the lead figure (red turban, gold necklace, saffron-gold attire) are consistent with a person candidate in a ceremonial procession, though the image is not conclusive.2015-07-25A procession walks along a red carpet under a white tent canopy.
