A seated figure in a rust-red sleeveless garment with a leopard-print wrap and a beaded gold necklace places a hand on the head of a young man kneeling before them, who wears a black t-shirt, a blue lanyard and holds small yellow fruit. Behind them, a woman in orange robes with a rudraksha mala stands beside a woman in a purple and red sari with a lanyard. A red curtain and a pedestal fan are in the background, with a golden object at lower left.2014-04-25April 27 20142014-04-27A seated man in a rust-red dhoti-style wrap with a leopard-print lower cloth and a long white-and-blue-and-yellow flower garland wearing rudraksha bead arm bands and a rudraksha mala, with white vertical forehead marks, offers a small brass bowl of items to a shaved-headed young person in orange robes and a rudraksha necklace who sits and smiles with bowed head. Behind them a woman in orange with a long rudraksha mala stands watching, and to the right a woman in a yellow sari with bangles stands among other onlookers in a room with red curtains. The central figure's cues are a rudraksha mala and a ceremonial garland, but the appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so the figure is described by role as the officiant giving the blessing.2014-04-27June 02 20142014-06-02A seated man in a red-brown shawl with a long white-and-blue floral garland and a rudraksha mala gestures with his right hand toward a shaved-headed young person in orange who holds a small brass bowl. Behind them, a woman in orange robes with a long rudraksha mala stands with hands folded, and another woman in orange and a white-edged sari stands to the right. A white floor-standing air conditioner and a maroon curtain form the room backdrop.2014-04-27April 27 20142014-04-27A seated man with long dark hair, bare-chested under an orange-red shawl with gold border, wears a thin black cord necklace and a red tilak on his forehead. He sits on a red velvet throne with a red tiger-striped cushion, reaching out to hand small items from an open wooden box at his side to a boy in an orange t-shirt who holds out cupped hands. Behind them a woman in white with a rudraksha mala kneels and watches, and women in saffron and cream saris stand near gold deity decorations and garlands. Swamiji (probable), shown seated on a throne and distributing objects, with long hair, orange shawl and black cord cues.2011-12-05December 26 20142014-12-26A seated figure in an orange-red robe and a thick red and white floral garland, with a white flower garland and beaded bangles on the arm, hands a small white card or paper to a young boy kneeling before him. The figure has long dark hair and is seated on a leopard-print cushion beside a gold-coloured statue. Behind them a woman in a cream sari with a rudraksha mala stands with her palms joined, and an elderly woman with long dreadlocks and a green lanyard stands at right. Other people in white clothes stand in the background near a red curtain and a wall-mounted air conditioner. The scene looks like a satsang or initiation setting.2016-03-13August 02 20142014-08-02A seated man with long dark hair pulled back and a gold necklace of beads, bare-chested under an orange-red wrap, smiles as he places his right hand on the head of a young child in a white top. The child kneels with palms pressed together before a gold lion-shaped throne armrest and a wooden staff carved with a cobra. Behind them, red curtains frame the scene, and a woman in a white sari with rudraksha beads stands on the right. A golden pillar and a red-clad throne complete the setting. Swamiji (probable): the seated man has long swept-back hair, ornate gold beads and an orange-red wrap, and is seated on a throne, giving his blessing.2014-07-24May 03 20142014-05-03
