A large group of young boys and men in saffron-orange robes sit cross-legged on white mats in a bright hall with pink walls and red curtains, performing a puja. Many have white sacred ash or tilak marks on their foreheads and rudraksha malas around their necks. Each seated participant has a small brass thali and a brass lamp or vessel set before them on a low silver-grey platform, and they hold their hands in anjali or gesture over the offerings. Several adults in white and orange sit among the children.
