A bright hall with cream walls and a tiled floor where people sit on red-and-white striped mats in rows. Four large framed portraits hang high on the wall, each with red drapery above; their captions read Divine, Silent Power, Charisma and Songs of Eternity, and the portraits show a woman in red and gold, a figure in red and white, a figure with long dark hair holding a rudraksha-style mala, and a figure in orange against a sky. Several people in white, orange and light clothing sit or kneel on the mats while a man in white sits on a black plastic chair near the center, and a few people sit along the sides. Black speakers and metal stanchions with rope lines divide the space.2011-08-29September 02 20112011-09-02Interior of a large hall with pale peach walls and a glossy tiled floor during a seated talk. Several framed portraits hang high on the wall, labelled "Silent Power", "Songs of Eternity" and "Sri Nithyananda". On the far right, a figure in an orange-red robe with a yellow head wrap sits on a raised white seat near a red cushion, facing the audience; the figure is shown in the distance and the features are not clear. Many people sit on the floor and in chairs, mostly in white and pastel clothing, some wearing headphones. A white tower fan stands at center and red-cushioned chairs are scattered through the room. The scene is a seated group session in an ashram-style hall with a blue striped floor mat and water bottles nearby.2011-09-04 +1 copiesSeptember 04 20112011-09-04 +1 copiesNovember 29 20112011-11-29August 29 20112011-08-29 +1 copiesNovember 19 20112011-11-19A large hall with cream walls and red curtains shows many devotees lying prone on mats and cushions in rows, most wearing white or coloured clothing, with bags, water bottles and small plates of food placed beside them. Framed portraits hang on the walls, and a few people sit on red chairs in the background. A man in the foreground wears a white dhoti with sandalwood marks on his chest. The scene looks like a practice of lying in relaxation during an event, with many people visible.2011-11-21August 28 20112011-08-28 +1 copiesA large hall with cream walls and a white ceiling holds many seated attendees on red-and-white striped mats, some sitting on purple mats. Many people sit cross-legged facing forward, several in white kurtas and dhotis and others in casual shirts and trousers, with bags, water bottles and shoes scattered on the floor. Framed portraits hang along the back wall beside red curtains, and a large screen is mounted on the right. Other attendees sit farther back near a raised dais with a golden chair.2011-11-30A large hall with cream walls and a tiled floor holds a seated group on red-and-white striped mats, facing forward. Students in grey, white and dark clothing sit cross-legged, several with blindfolds or eye covers, and backpacks and water bottles lie beside them. A microphone on a stand stands in the foreground. At the far end, a figure in white sits on a raised seat near orange cloth. Framed portraits hang on the walls and a few white-clad attendants are scattered in the room.2011-08-29 +1 copiesA large hall with cream walls and red curtains holds a seated audience on red-and-white striped mats, mostly in white clothing, some in orange or grey. In the right foreground a figure in an orange robe sits on an ornate gold throne with a golden canopy, behind a low rope barrier with brass posts. Above, framed portraits of women and deities hang on the walls, and a blank projection screen is mounted centrally. Water bottles and bags rest beside people on the floor. The scene resembles a satsang or discourse. Appearance-based label: a figure in orange on the throne may be a person, given the ornate throne, orange robe and seated central position, though the face and features are not clear enough to confirm.2011-12-01
