A seated group of women in white and cream dhotis and saris with orange, saffron and yellow shawls performs a ritual, several holding small brass handbells and oil lamps. Brass plates with offerings of fruit, red kumkum and sweets sit on orange mats in front of them. The setting appears to be a satsang or puja gathering in an ashram hall.
