The seated murti on the right wears an orange turban with a gold crown, heavy gold necklaces, and a red-and-gold sash over a white dhoti with yellow lower drapery. A gilded arch frames the figures. To the left stands a smaller gold murti in a red turban and floral garlands. A standing man in a light grey-white robe bows forward at the left edge, hands joined near the offerings, his face hidden. Two gilded deity murtis sit on a raised platform, one wearing a gold crown and the other a pointed crown, decorated with garlands of yellow, red and green flowers. Both murtis wear red-and-gold headdresses, gold jewellery and garlands of yellow and green flowers. Behind them hang orange and teal cloths, and a tall brass oil lamp stands at right. At left, an older bearded man with grey hair wears a white dhoti, a yellow shawl and a beaded necklace, watching the ritual. The scene is a temple shrine with carved stone pillars.2010-02-12A photograph inside a temple shrine where a figure in a long orange-saffron wrap and long dark hair pours water from a golden vessel over a black shivalinga on a stepped black pedestal. Behind the lingam stand two deity murtis adorned with yellow and orange marigold garlands and gold ornaments, one crowned and one in red-maroon silk. A standing priest with bare upper body and white dhoti stands at left, facing the central altar holding a sacred object. A small golden figure in orange robe stands in a green niche at right, and a red curtain hangs at the left edge. Oil lamps and offerings sit on a stone platform before the murtis. No visible people in the audience area; the single priest is the only physical person.2013-01-21April 09 20082008-04-09A photograph inside a shrine of an ornate gold-framed niche with a red curtain behind two deity murtis seated on a golden throne.
