Many people, mostly men in white shirts and checked shirts, with some women in saris and salwar kameez, press together on the steps and road. Several men wear saffron orange cloths and headwear. A red and white decorated canopy umbrella with a painted emblem rises above the crowd near the building, and yellow garland strings hang along the building's facade.
