A person with long, dark, curly hair in an orange sleeveless top places a hand on the shoulder of a balding older man in a white short-sleeved shirt and light trousers who bends his head forward. A second woman in an orange-red sari with a bindi stands behind, reaching toward the man's forehead. A badge hangs from the man's neck and another orange-clad person stands at the right edge.
