A photograph of an indoor gathering. In the foreground a figure in an orange-saffron turban and orange robe, wearing a garland of white and pink flowers and a red-and-white floral garland, smiles while placing a hand on the head of a seated older man. The older man, with grey hair and a white shirt, wears a rudraksha mala and bows forward with his hands pressed together. Behind them a younger man in a white kurta stands and looks on, and other seated people in the room are visible at the right. Ceiling tube lights and a fan are visible in the background.2004-01-01March 30 20122012-03-30July 30 20062006-07-30Indoor photograph of a energy darshan moment at a meditation program hall. In the right foreground a man with long dark hair wears an orange-saffron shawl and a garland of white flowers with green, orange and pink accents; he smiles while placing his hand on the head of an older bald man with grey-streaked hair who bows forward, eyes closed. Behind them, women in white and blue saris stand in a line along a railing, one with a visible name badge. Wall lights, a window arch and speakers appear in the background.2004-05-09A photograph of a man in white kurta with an orange scarf and rudraksha mala being blessed by a figure in an orange-and-beige beaded turban, bare-chested with a white and pink flower garland and rudraksha bracelets. The blessing figure's hand rests on the man's head while the man holds the blessing hand with his own hands. Behind them are a gold-coloured vessel, white drapery and green potted plants. A woman with dark hair stands at the left edge.2012-12-16December 10 20122012-12-10July 22 20122012-07-22July 30 20062006-07-30A seated figure in an orange turban and orange-and-gold garment, wearing a long white jasmine garland, touches the head of a kneeling man in a white shirt with both hands. Petals in pink, red and yellow are scattered across the floor. Another person in white clothing stands in the background.2003-01-01A photo of a ceremonial blessing. A figure with long black hair, a white vibhuti mark on the forehead, and a pink-white-green garland sits on the left wearing a tiger-striped yellow and black garment with a brown sash and gold bangles, and places a hand on the head of a seated older man with short grey hair. The older man wears a deep red and orange shawl and is bowing his head. Behind them a standing figure in a peach and orange sari with a rudraksha mala is visible, and a golden kalasha-style vessel and a maroon cushioned seat appear in the setting. Several onlookers stand in the background. The seated figure wearing the striped garment matches several appearance cues, with long swept-back hair, garland and gold adornments, but the appearance is not conclusive, so the identity is recorded as unsure.2012-12-16A photograph of a man in a white turban with a yellow border and long dark hair, wearing a pink and purple garland, placing his right hand on the forehead of a seated man with a moustache, eyes closed. The seated man wears a white shirt, a rudraksha mala and a small pendant. Behind them, other men in white shirts and white dhotis stand with palms joined, and a blue cooler sits on a red mat.2006-07-30A photograph of a man with long dark dreadlocks and a beard, wearing an orange-brown t-shirt and a pink-and-yellow flower garland, placing his right palm on the forehead of an elderly white-haired man in white clothes with a red-and-orange shawl. The elder keeps his eyes closed and head bowed. Behind them a younger man in white and yellow-trimmed cloth stands near a cream pillar and a deep red curtain. The man with dreadlocks has a dark wrist mala. The setting appears to be an indoor hall during a blessing or darshan moment. The dreadlocked figure matches the presentation of a person, with long hair and a garland but no crown or saffron robes visible.2016-09-27
