A large ancient tree with dense green leaves and small white flowers fills a temple courtyard, its trunk rising from a raised stone platform enclosed by a pillared colonnade. A man in a white dhoti stands at the left edge, and a person in orange robes stands near the trunk at the centre-right, touching the tree. Stone pillars line the walkway, and a plain white sky shows above the canopy.

Outdoor shrine area with a circular whitewashed concrete platform around the base of a large banyan tree, its exposed roots and soil filling the ring. Several white pillars stand among the trees. In the background on the right, a large dark linga-shaped stone is draped with a red and yellow cloth and sits on a mound of red powder, with a black-and-white patterned base. A single standing figure in white clothing is partly visible between the trees in the centre background. Dirt ground, rocks and green foliage surround the site.

A photograph in a stone-pillared temple courtyard or corridor with weathered pale walls and a tiled roof. Several men walk across the paved floor in a line. Those in front wear saffron-orange garments, with one bare-chested man in a reddish-brown cloth carrying a long staff. Behind them, men in white shirts and white dhotis follow, and one older man in white walks at the right edge. A woman in a white sari with a dark border stands near the left pillars, and a few people are seated further back. A loudspeaker is mounted on a pillar at right. The scene suggests a visit to a temple. No figure is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance alone.

A photograph of a temple corridor with stone pillars and a stepped passage on the left. Two saffron-clad figures walk down the steps, one bald and barefoot in orange robes, another with a teal head cloth and orange dhoti. Behind them, men in white shirts and white dhotis, a uniformed police officer in khaki, and a boy in a red shirt walk through the colonnade, some carrying bags. A broom leans at the lower right. Plain white stone pillars and worn walls frame the scene.

A photograph of a group walking across a stone-paved courtyard of a historic temple with long colonnades of carved pillars behind them. In the centre, a figure in a long saffron-orange robe with an orange shawl and long dark hair walks ahead of a companion in white. Around them several men in white dhotis and white shirts walk and stand, one carrying a dark bag over his shoulder, and a man on the right edge stands beside carved stone masonry. Ornately carved stone walls rise on the right.

A barefoot man in saffron-orange robes stands beside a large banyan tree with thick, twisting aerial roots, leaning slightly against its trunk. He wears a long orange garland, a gold-coloured waist cloth and a white forehead mark, with dark hair pulled back. He stands on a folded red-and-blue patterned mat set on a low stone platform in an open outdoor courtyard with bare dirt ground, scattered stone blocks, white pillars and a red boundary wall behind. a person based on the saffron robes, garland and white forehead marking; the page identifies him at this event, but appearance cues are moderately distinctive rather than conclusive.
