A small golden-brown pedestal stands on a silver-edged platform beside a small deity figure dressed in a magenta sari with gold border and orange-and-pink patterned lower cloth, draped with white jasmine garlands and wearing a crown. Behind the figure, the white dhoti of a standing person with a maroon-striped border is partly visible on the left, with yellow and red flower garlands hanging from the left edge. To the right, large polished brass lamps and trays, and a blue-clad figure with a beaded necklace in the background. The image is a close, cropped view of a temple worship setting.2009-12-16January 02 20132013-01-02Overhead photo of a ritual arrangement on a blue cloth over a wooden surface. Two small metal deity murtis stand at centre, one wearing gold ornaments and a red garland, the other a smaller figure, both draped in heavy white jasmine garlands with red flower accents. A yellow marigold garland and a plate of red flowers and green leaves lie in front. To the right, steel plates hold folded white paper packets with a small gold-coloured item. Scattered white petals cover the cloth. No people are visible apart from a partial view of white cloth at the lower left edge.2006-10-19October 20 20062006-10-20March 20 20142014-03-20October 19 20062006-10-19October 04 20162016-10-04 +1 copiesOctober 15 20062006-10-15January 15 20162016-01-15July 16 20132013-07-16A temple priest in a white dhoti with a bare upper body stands at a golden ornate shrine, draping white, yellow and red flower garlands over a small deity murti seated on a golden throne with an arched back. The murti wears a teal and red cloth. In the foreground a fire burns in a red tray beside brass plates of fruit, flowers and offerings, and a tall brass oil lamp stands at right. Two women in white and orange saris stand under a tin roof in the background, and a seated figure in red robes is partly visible at far right near a garlanded shrine. A microphone stands at left. Nearby a sign lists names on a black board.2011-11-01September 16 20132013-09-16
