Facing him, a bearded man in a white kurta with a rudraksha mala around his neck raises his palms in a namaste-like gesture toward him, while another man's hand rests on the seated man's arm. Behind them a wall displays a collage of framed black-and-white and colour portraits of an elderly bearded man, and a black curtain and potted plant are visible. The seated man's appearance with long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha cues suggests a person, but identity is uncertain.2011-09-03 +1 copiesJune 18 20102010-06-18March 23 20082008-03-23A photograph of a seated man in a sleeveless saffron-orange robe on an ornate gold-and-red throne before blue draped curtains. He has long swept-back dark hair, a red tilak on his forehead and is looking down at a small white card in his hands, his bare feet resting on a gold footstool. A bald man in white kurta and white trousers stands at left, bending forward with one hand touching the seated man's arm in a gesture of respect. A partially visible person in white stands at right edge. A small plant sits on a side table at left and a red-patterned carpet covers the floor.2010-09-13November 29 20112011-11-29
