The sandals are heavily engraved with floral scrollwork and have small round red-stone ornaments on the sides. Red rose petals are scattered across the sandals and cloth, and a small silver leaf-shaped ornament with a central emblem rests among them. A dark rudraksha-style bead ornament sits between the sandal tops. The arrangement suggests a padukas offering of sacred footwear.2020-12-12August 22 20132013-08-22Photo 11735796Photo 11736827June 23 20122012-06-23May 12 20082008-05-12Overhead photo of a pair of ornate brown metallic padukas, footwear-shaped sandals with carved floral engraving, set on a round wooden tray. The padukas are ringed with bright yellow marigold-type flowers and pink-red roses, with a red silk cloth with gold border draped beneath. Two small silver-toned decorative knobs with red stones sit on the padukas. The setting is a white satin cloth scattered with sequins. No physical people are visible.2023-01-03August 31 20132013-08-31Overhead photo of a brass tray with embossed floral engraving resting on a cream cloth, heaped with flowers: bright yellow marigolds, pink oleander blossoms, white daisy-like flowers and deep red roses, with several dark green leaves scattered among them. Two small round glass or crystal objects sit on the tray among the petals. No people are visible; it appears to be a floral offering arrangement for a ritual.2022-01-23
