A photograph of a blessing ritual in a temple-like hall with a gold-covered shrine and brass lamp stands. A bare-shouldered figure in rust-red and yellow robes with a long gold-beaded necklace presses both palms to the forehead of a man in a white shirt and white trousers who holds his hands together in namaste. The man wears an orange lanyard and has a yellow mark on his forehead. Behind them, women in orange and white lanyards and a woman in green sari look on, and a red cloth backdrop hangs behind. Aside from the one figure in rust and yellow robes with a long gold-beaded necklace, the people are shown without clear distinguishing features.2015-10-06July 17 20132013-07-17March 26th 20142014-03-26January 02 20142014-01-02A bare-chested man with long dark hair tied back, wearing a saffron-orange shawl and a thick ceremonial beaded necklace of rudraksha-style malas, presses his palms to the forehead of a smiling bald man in a white kurta with an orange lanyard and wristwatch. Behind them a deity murti is decorated with a large garland of orange and yellow marigolds and a blue cloth backdrop, with a kalasha-like brass vessel and an orange cloth.
