A photograph of a long, narrow hallway with white walls, tiled lower walls, barred windows and ceiling tube lights. A man in saffron-orange robes with an orange head wrap and a rudraksha mala, hands folded in namaste, walks forward at the centre, flanked by men in white dhotis and white shirts, some wearing orange shawls. On the right, a woman in a white sari with a maroon blouse stands near the wall. The description of the central figure as Swamiji is probable from appearance cues: long swept-back hair, orange head wrap, saffron robes and mala.2006-12-16A photograph of a long, pale white corridor with arched windows at a college building. A central figure in an orange saffron wrap and orange robe, with a matching orange head turban and long hair, walks barefoot down the tiled floor, flanked by several men. Around him, men wear white kurtas and white dhotis with orange shawls draped over their shoulders, and one man in a white shirt and light trousers with a lanyard walks beside them. Two men in white are visible at the rear of the group. The setting suggests a walk between sessions.2006-09-17Indoor photograph in a large hall with white walls, a balcony railing above and a tiled floor. A central figure in an orange saffron robe, orange turban and long dark hair walks barefoot beside several men. Two men on the left wear white kurtas with orange shawls and a bearded man in white has a long dark mane and rudraksha-style pendant; a man in a cream shirt and trousers with a beaded necklace walks at right; a man in white with an orange shawl walks behind. Several people are present in total, and the figure in the orange robe is possibly the ashram's a person, though the appearance is uncertain.2006-09-17January 07 20082008-01-07September 17 20062006-09-17A procession of devotees walks indoors through a hall decorated with hanging colourful tassels and textile banners. In the centre, a young man with long dark hair wears an orange robe and smiles while walking, a long wooden staff held in his right hand. Beside him, a bearded man in an orange robe with a red border carries a white cloth at his waist. Surrounding them, men in white dhotis and orange shawls, some with rudraksha malas, and a woman in an orange sari with a yellow-shawled attendant walk together, with forehead markings visible on several faces. Round ornamental ornaments hang at the upper left.2008-03-22Indoor photograph in a stone temple corridor with dark granite walls, a white tiled floor and iron grilled doors. A man in a saffron-orange turban and long saffron robe stands centre, hands pressed together in namaste and smiling, wearing a rudraksha mala with a clear long dark hair cascade; a pale-orange shawl is draped over his shoulder. Around him are several men in orange robes with red borders and gold garlands, one holding a folded pamphlet, and a man in a white shirt and dark trousers beside a man in a red shirt. The group appears to be walking through the temple. Swamiji (probable) is the central figure in orange with turban and rudraksha, shown as a sannyasi in saffron with long hair.2008-01-02A photograph of an indoor hall with pale tiled floor and white pillars, where a central figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban walks forward with a rudraksha mala. Beside and behind them, two men in white kurta-style clothing with orange shawls walk, and a row of women in white and cream saris stands along the right with hands pressed together in greeting. A woman in an orange sari stands nearby, and a woman in pink in the right foreground watches. The centre figure has long hair and distinctive orange-and-rudraksha attire, a person candidate, though appearance is only partly clear. The scene suggests a convention gathering, with people walking in procession and devotees greeting.2006-12-162003 -Glimpses From Various ProgramsJanuary 09 20082008-01-09March 24 20082008-03-24
