Beside the figure is a spotted reddish-pink deer or antelope carving. The figure stands on a pink lotus-like pedestal. Red kumkum dots mark the hoods and face, and a white cloth with red and orange borders is wrapped around its body. Small offerings lie at its base, including white flowers and a round metal lamp holder. A purple circular object with a white flame-like marking sits in the lower left corner. No people are visible.2010-01-07A photograph of a temple wall topped with two white recumbent bulls, one with a green and gold saddle cloth and a red garland, the other with gold trim. Between them sits a painted stucco figure of a bearded man with long dark hair, rudraksha malas and a sacred thread, seated in a blue-arched niche. Green trees and an overcast sky appear behind. No living people are visible.2012-05-29A statue of a seated sage in a small stone-walled shrine. The figure wears an orange-red shawl over the shoulders, a yellow dhoti, and a green and red tinsel garland. The face is painted white with black-outlined eyes, a red mouth and an orange tilak on the forehead. The right hand is raised to the chin in a contemplative gesture, and the left hand rests on a grey cushion or support. A tall orange cloth hangs on a pole behind the figure. Small conch shells, a copper dish and a red flower sit on the base. Framed paintings hang on the wall above. This is a statue, not a living person, so no physical people are present.2008-07-07A bare-chested man with long dreadlocked hair and a full beard stands at left with palms pressed together in anjali, wearing a dark brown rudraksha mala draped over his shoulders and arms. Beside him stands a painted wooden statue of a bearded sage with a tall topknot, rudraksha malas, a red tilak and a striped multicolored dhoti, also in anjali. A garland of braided straw and blue tassels hangs over the archway, and a partly visible sign is mounted on the wall. The setting is a stone temple corridor with whitewashed walls and carved stone panels. The man has distinctive long dreadlocks, rudraksha malas and bare shoulders, but the appearance is not clearly enough established to confirm the page's a person claim, so he is described as a devotee.2018-04-29
