Photograph of a home shrine room with framed deity paintings hung on a white wall, several garlanded with yellow and orange flower strands. On a black stone altar sit brass plates of fruit, flowers, a small brass lamp and offering bowls. Two men in saffron-orange robes stand at the altar; the nearer one has long swept-back hair and palms pressed together in prayer, while the other, with long dark hair and a flower garland, holds a lit oil lamp arati over a framed portrait. Their backs and profiles are visible; the nearer man's hand is partly cut off by the frame edge at right.

A small home shrine with a wall-mounted portrait of a long-haired figure in orange robes and a rudraksha mala, a framed deity image, and small brass and stone murtis on a wooden shelf. A person with long dark hair in an orange robe holds a lit oil lamp toward the shrine while a bald man in orange, hands folded in prayer, stands in the foreground at right. A white refrigerator stands at left. Scene suggests aarti at a devotional corner shrine.

A man in saffron-orange robes performs aarti with a brass oil lamp flame in a small room with lavender walls and a barred window on the left. He holds a small brass bell in his other hand. Before him on a white-draped table stand fruit, flower offerings, brass lamps and a microphone. To the right, a framed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" is garlanded with yellow and orange marigolds and red flowers. Scattered petals lie on the floor and a saffron banner hangs at the top right.

A photograph inside a bare, newly built room with pale blue walls and red-framed windows. A woman in a saffron-orange sari with a long dark braid and a dark beaded mala holds a lit brass aarti lamp and a small bell over a white-draped table. The table holds a framed portrait garlanded with yellow and orange marigold garlands, a brass lamp stand, a brass kalasha and a flower-filled plate of red and white petals. Behind her a man in white clothes stands, and at right a man with folded hands in an orange shawl and a red-tilak forehead looks on, performing puja and aarti at the shrine. Three people are visible.

A small room with a wooden side table holding a lit oil lamp, brass items and a tray with flowers before a large framed painting of a long-haired figure in saffron robes and beads. A person in a sleeveless orange saffron garment with long dark hair reaches toward the lamp, while a bald monk in saffron in the foreground and a man at right press palms together in prayer. Another person in white dhoti stands in the doorway. Framed deity images and a small picture cover the wall and table.

A photo inside a small shrine room with white walls and a barred window. A figure with long dark hair, wearing a white jasmine garland and an orange saffron wrap draped over the body, holds a lit flame in one hand near a small altar. The altar holds a trident-shaped object, marigold and hibiscus flowers, a picture frame, brass lamps and oil lamps, and offerings on a plate. To the right, a bald man in orange clothing stands with palms pressed together in namaskar, wearing a wristwatch and a beaded necklace. The scene suggests a puja or aarti at a household shrine.

A photograph inside a home shrine room with cream walls and a wooden door on the left. Two people in orange-saffron robes stand with their backs to the camera. The nearer figure, wearing an orange sleeveless garment and a red-and-pink flower garland around the neck, holds a lit oil lamp in one hand before a wall of framed deity prints decorated with yellow marigold garlands. The second figure, in an orange robe with a maroon-striped wrap, stands to the left facing the shrine. A low wooden shelf below holds brass plates, a brass kalasha-style vessel, small bells and puja items. Framed saints and deity images cover the walls, including a sepia print of two standing ascetics. The scene suggests a home puja with an oil lamp, with the figures showing no clear facial features.

A woman in an orange sleeveless top and orange cloth, wearing a white flower garland, faces away from the camera and holds a lit oil lamp toward the altar. Beside her a figure in orange robes with a striped border stands with palms pressed together in prayer, facing the altar. On the right, an older woman in white with glasses also presses her palms together. The wooden altar cabinet holds framed photos, marigold flowers, a brass tray and offerings, and a framed black-and-white portrait with a white garland sits in front. Four people are visible.

A standing figure in an orange saffron wrap with a white border and long dark wavy hair faces a small home shrine, lifting a flaming oil lamp with the right hand while the left hand steadies the brass stand. On the shelf below a large framed painting of a saffron-robed figure with a mala and a bearded figure under a banyan tree, there are brass lamps, a deity murti, a framed picture of a white-turbaned saint, and a small kalasha-like object. A woman in a white sari with a mala and folded hands, standing at the right, watches in prayer. A turquoise refrigerator stands at the left. The scene is an aarti or puja at a home altar.
