September 23 20062006-09-23August 05 20092009-08-05A photograph of a group walking along a dirt path through dry scrubland and green bushes, apparently on a hill route. In the foreground, two young men in saffron-orange robes walk side by side; the left one wears an orange shawl draped over his shoulder and sandals, the right one wears a fitted orange kurta and dhoti with bare feet. Behind them, several people in white clothing follow along the path, with a woman in white and an orange shawl visible at the right.2009-08-05September 23 20062006-09-23A night photograph on a stone-paved path beside a dirt clearing with a large boulder and dark trees. In the foreground a barefoot figure in orange robes with hair tied up walks away from the camera, hands together. To the left a person in orange and red garments stands holding a small red bag. Behind, a group of people in white garments with orange shawls stand in a loose circle, one holding a white container, while another in white with an orange shawl stands at the right edge beside the tree. Scattered yellow flowers lie on the ground.2008-01-03A photograph of a rural footpath through scrubby grass and shrubs under an overcast sky, with a palm tree and large boulders at right. A man with long dark hair and a flowing orange robe walks barefoot in front on the right, wearing sandals and a saffron wrap over one shoulder. Beside him a balding man in a plain white shirt and white dhoti walks in the centre, and a younger man in white kurta and dhoti walks just ahead. Behind them several men in orange robes follow in a line, some carrying orange-tipped staffs or flags. The leading orange-robed figure has long hair and a shawl-like wrap, and the appearance cues are visible but not conclusive, so identity is uncertain.2006-09-16September 23 20062006-09-23June 22 20092009-06-22Outdoor photo on a dusty dirt path at dusk, with low hills, a palm tree, a utility pole and a tree with small blue-and-white flags behind. A man in an orange-saffron robe with long dark hair and a walking stick smiles and walks at the centre; appearance-based cues of long hair and saffron robe suggest a person, though this is uncertain. He is flanked by several men in white shirts and white dhotis or trousers, and a woman in a grey-white outfit walks at left. Some men wear rudraksha-style beads or lanyards around their necks. Three other white-clad people are at the left edge.2007-02-15Photograph of a group walking along a dusty, rocky dirt path through dry scrub and cactus, apparently on a hill circuit at dusk. In the foreground a young man in saffron-orange robes with a matching orange shawl walks ahead, with another person in orange beside him. Behind them a line of women in white saris with orange shawls and a yellow shawl follows, with a few men in white and orange garments. A person with a video camera on the left records the procession. Large boulders lie along the path and a tree stands at the top left.2009-08-05A photograph of a barefoot figure in a saffron-orange shawl and dhoti, with long dark swept-back hair and a wooden walking staff, climbing a dirt path strewn with boulders. Beside him an older man in white shirt and white dhoti with orange borders wears a rudraksha-style mala and a wristwatch, while another white-clad attendant walks behind. Green shrubs and a white building with stairs and steps sit on the hillside above, with a few small figures near the structure. The saffron-clad figure appears to be Swamiji (probable), identified by long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and a walking staff, and is shown in person climbing the hill.2006-09-23August 05 20092009-08-05
