Outdoor photo beneath a large banyan tree with dense aerial roots. A shaved-headed priest in a white dhoti and white shawl stands at a stone platform, performing a ritual near a black snake-like form carved on the rocks, with a garland of yellow and orange flowers hanging beside him. Behind him a man in an orange garment and other priests in white stand near offerings and small tables with flowers. Around the platform, a large crowd of devotees in white clothes sits on the ground in the shade, many with long braids. A tripod-mounted video camera stands in the foreground beside a man in white. A small decorative canopy with red and yellow trim is visible among the trees.
