He wears long rudraksha malas, earrings and a gold bangle, with white sacred ash on his forehead and arms. In front of him are silver bowls, a silver covered vessel and a silver kalasha decorated with yellow and red flowers and green leaves. Behind him, other ritual participants in orange and white cloth are partly visible.2014-09-06Night outdoor photo of a young man in a rust-orange turban and orange-red shawl over bare shoulders, wearing a beaded rudraksha-style mala and gold-toned necklace, holding a bundle of grass stalks over a decorated kalasha with a white cloth and a yellow marigold garland. Coconuts with green leaves sit in front, and a red cloth covers part of an altar-like arrangement. A blurred shrub and lit building appear behind. The setting suggests a ritual puja at an outdoor altar. No a person candidate can be confidently identified from appearance, so the figure is described only by role as a ritual participant.2014-05-21Two men in orange saffron dhotis with gold-bordered edges stand before a shrine of a deity murti, decorated with pink flower garlands and silver vessels. The man on the left wears a gold bead necklace and a rudraksha-style headband, holding his hands together and looking down. The central figure is bare-chested with white sacred markings on his back and shoulders, a rudraksha mala and gold ornaments, reaching toward the shrine with gold bangles while offering flowers and leaves. A brass bell sits on a stone ledge at left, and a lit orange arch glows behind the shrine. Appears to be a temple puja with flower offerings.2012-05-12December 25 20132013-12-25August 08 20112011-08-08A seated man in a rust-orange turban and orange dhoti with gold border performs a homa ritual at a fire pit, holding a ladle or stick over the flames while reading from a small book. He wears a rudraksha mala, a bangle and a white sacred mark on his upper arm.
