A photograph of a blue-skinned Kali murti standing in a temple setting. The deity has long black hair, a protruding red tongue, a white crown-like headdress with lace-like edging, and a red sari with gold border and a white lacy overlay. A red and green garland of flowers and a yellow-and-red marigold-type garland hang on her body. She holds a sword in one hand and a red flower or offering in the other, with a raised red hand. Two cobras are coiled at her feet on a white base. Brass oil lamps with yellow flowers stand in the foreground, a yellow silk cloth lies at lower right, and a red-and-white striped step and a potted plant are behind. No physical people are visible.2010-11-05A large blue-skinned Kali murti stands centrally, tongue protruding, with a white shell-like crown and white lace-patterned ornaments at the ears and arms. She wears layered red and gold necklaces, a long white garment with lace patterns, and a gold-coin garland with a chain of yellow painted demon heads. Her black hair falls loose, and she holds a red raised hand, a red sword and a severed head. Orange and red decorative umbrellas with floral motifs flank her, and a potted plant appears to the right.2016-10-29November 01 20172017-11-01Photo 11739232 +1 copiesOctober 27 20082008-10-27October 20 20172017-10-20November 05 20102010-11-05October 24 20142014-10-24October 24 20142014-10-24November 05 20102010-11-05October 20 20172017-10-20A large blue-skinned deity murti of Kali stands on a white-draped platform before a painted backdrop.
