A large floor arrangement of many round brass plates holds grains, pulses, flowers and green leaves in rows. Behind them a colourful striped canopy and a multicoloured garland arch frame a deity murti decorated with flower garlands, with a kalasha-like offering display and bananas nearby. A woman in a white sari sits on a mat in front of the offerings. Two tall brass ceremonial lamp stands with leaf-shaped tops flank the arrangement. Several people in white and pastel clothes stand behind a wooden railing watching, including a child in pink. On the right an older man in an orange robe sits on a chair, and a large dark backdrop shows a painted portrait of a woman. Plate and offering arrangement suggests a puja or temple arati setting.2007-02-11August 01 20082008-08-01October 16 20102010-10-16 +1 copiesA night-time outdoor photo of devotees performing Pratyaksha Pada Puja under string lights and hanging green leaves.
