Devotees stand in white and cream clothing stained with coloured powder; several men and women wear orange sashes. On a raised red carpet, a central figure in a white dhoti and orange shawl sits with hands joined and face smeared with colour, surrounded by scattered flower petals. A man in white with an orange sash holds a camera. A large crowd fills the foreground and background, with a blue speaker and a blue-and-yellow flag on the right.2008-11-12
