Dozens of people in white dhotis, white shirts and white saris fill the scene, with several women in orange and gold-bordered saris and others in teal, green and pink. Many women wear flowers in their hair and some have long braids. Some people stand with hands joined in prayer, and a few older women and men stand near the front. A speaker stands on a tripod at right and a small pole fence frames the foreground. No single figure clearly matches a recognisable presentation, so no candidate is identified.2007-01-12Outdoor crowd gathered on a flat open ground under trees, with green and yellow flags and a palm tree in the background. Many devotees stand and some sit on the ground in front. Women wear white saris with light borders, a woman in an orange-and-green sari and a woman in a yellow-and-green sari stand out, and a few wear blue or teal saris. Several men in white dhotis and white shirts with ID badges stand at left. Women in front sit in white and blue clothing, one holding a yellow bag. The scene appears to be an event gathering.2006-12-17December 17 20062006-12-17Photo 11712235 +1 copiesDecember 17 20062006-12-17A large crowd of devotees gathers on a reddish-brown dirt slope beneath tall coconut palms at an outdoor ashram-style site.
