December 26 20082008-12-26A photograph inside a temple shrine showing a long-haired man in an orange-saffron dhoti and matching shawl, bare-chested with an orange waist cloth band, leaning forward with both arms extended to adorn a seated deity murti. The murti is draped in red, yellow and white flower garlands and ornamented with silver jewellery and a crown-like headdress, seated on a green cushioned throne with a gold-backed chair behind. Brass oil lamps with flames stand on the floor and a second garlanded throne and deity figure are visible at left. Ritual setting with flowers and lamps.2011-11-29A photograph of a temple shrine where a figure with long, swept-back dark hair in a saffron-orange dhoti and matching shawl is decorating a seated deity murti with garlands. The murti is draped in red, white and yellow flower garlands and wears ornate silver jewellery. Brass oil lamps burn at the base of the shrine, and a gold-framed arch and garlanded figures stand beside it. The figure has distinctive long hair, saffron clothing and a rudraksha-style necklace, consistent with the Swamiji appearance cues, so this is a probable appearance-based label rather than a confirmed identity. The visible activity suggests padapuja-style worship at a shrine.2011-11-29November 29 20112011-11-29December 11 20112011-12-11 +1 copiesNovember 29 20112011-11-29A photograph inside a temple shrine showing a person in an orange saffron dhoti and orange shawl with long dark hair, reaching up to place something on the head of a seated deity murti.
