Two young men in saffron-orange dhoti and shawl with yellow borders and rudraksha malas lead the group, one holding a small object in his hands. A man in a white kurta and shawl with green and orange stripes walks in the centre, flanked by men in white kurtas and a man in a red shirt and white dhoti who raises a camera. A saffron cloth hangs on a stand at the right edge.2014-06-19Outdoor photo of a group walking barefoot across a concrete courtyard under a large open-sided metal-roofed pavilion with palm trees behind. In front, three young men in rust-red and saffron-striped dhotis and shawls walk with their hands clasped, the foremost one with a long rudraksha mala. Beside them a bald man in a white kurta with a saffron shawl walks alongside a man in white shirt and dark trousers. Several other men in white and red shirts follow. A tall saffron cloth and a kalasha-topped spire are visible in the background.2014-06-19Outdoor photo on a concrete courtyard under a metal-roofed open pavilion with palm trees and red flowering shrubs behind. Three men in red-and-saffron dhotis with bare upper bodies and rudraksha malas walk in the left foreground; one wears a long braided plait and tilak. Beside them, a man in white kurta and white dhoti with a saffron-and-green shawl walks barefoot; he has a bald head and no visible crown or ornate gold. Behind and to the right, men in white kurtas and a man in a red shirt and white trousers walk; a man in a grey shirt and a man in a dark jacket stand in the background.2014-06-19Outdoor photo of a group walking barefoot across a pale paved courtyard under a roofed open pavilion with a small shrine in the background. In the foreground a figure with long braided hair wears a rust-red garment with gold-yellow borders and a bare shoulder, and beside them a man in a white kurta carries a saffron-and-white shawl over his shoulders. Other men in white kurtas, black shirts, an orange kurta and light shirts walk around them. The shrine shows a deity murti under a red-draped arch. Trees and bright sunlight frame the scene.2014-06-19June 19 20142014-06-19October 19 20132013-10-19A procession walks across a paved courtyard beneath a shelter with red-painted posts and palm trees behind. A man in a dark maroon robe with a long white-and-pink flower garland, hair swept back and beard, walks centrally and appears to be the figure being honoured; a rainbow-fringed umbrella on a tall golden pole is held above him. Beside him a bare-chested man in orange cloth carries a tray with a red and white floral offering and a garland. A woman in orange sari carries a wooden tray at left. Two bare-chested men in white dhotis with pink borders and rudraksha malas walk in front, and a man in orange and white with a rudraksha mala stands at right. The a person field is unsure because the central figure's appearance has cues but the page does not state he is present.2017-04-17Outdoor procession under a white tent canopy with orange and red pennant flags, palm trees behind. Several saffron-robed sannyasis walk on a sandy path. A tall, bearded elder in orange robes with a green-edged shawl walks at left. In the centre, a man in a red-orange robe and matching red-orange turban leans on a wooden walking stick. Beside him, a figure in orange robes and an orange headwrap walks barefoot. Men in white dhotis and white shirts with orange scarves, some carrying ceremonial staffs, follow behind. Six or more people are visible. A decorative striped pole stands at right. Some figures are partly cropped.2006-12-31A procession walks along a red carpet under a tented pavilion with tan and white draping and stacked chairs. In the foreground, a smiling man in a dark red-orange dhoti and shawl with gold borders, a red turban, and a thick gold-beaded necklace walks forward, a red-and-gold cord visible at his waist. Behind him, several men in saffron-orange robes with gold borders and rudraksha malas follow, along with men in white dhotis and red-orange shawls, and a few women in saffron saris and a child in the background. Tie colours to owners: the lead figure wears the turban and gold necklace; others wear plain white or saffron garments. Strong appearance cues on the lead figure (red turban, gold necklace, saffron-gold attire) are consistent with a person candidate in a ceremonial procession, though the image is not conclusive.2015-07-25June 19 20142014-06-19
