A seated man in an orange-saffron robe with a rudraksha mala and a white horizontal forehead mark places his hand on the head of a young boy in white kurta. He holds a small object in his other hand, and a gilded ornate pedestal or throne sits in front of him. Beside the boy stands a woman in a white sari with an orange rudraksha necklace, holding a white cloth and a folded yellow card. A blue cloth backdrop and a few white chairs appear behind, with people visible at the edges of the frame.2015-08-31August 31 20152015-08-31Night-time photo of a seated figure in an orange-saffron garment with a rudraksha-style beaded necklace and gold earrings, bare-shouldered, receiving a child in a white shirt with a beaded mala, who holds out a small yellow card or envelope. Other devotees in white garments stand behind in the background.2015-08-31Indoor event photo. A woman with dark hair in an orange-and-gold draped garment and a heavy beaded necklace sits in a chair and smiles while placing her hand on the head of a small boy in white clothes with a red-orange shawl and beaded necklaces, who bows his head. Behind them, rows of people in white clothes with red-orange shawls and lanyards stand and sit, and a large screen shows red-and-white images. The woman's appearance does not clearly support identification, so the role is described only as a seated woman in saffron-toned clothing giving a blessing.2015-07-10A seated figure on the left wears a red-maroon shawl, a white floral garland with blue and gold beads, rudraksha beads on the arm and a white forehead mark, and holds out a sheet of paper. Beside them a woman in an orange sari and rudraksha mala stands, and to the right a bent-over devotee in a red sari receives the paper while a man in a white shirt with a blue lanyard stands in the foreground. Several women in pink and blue saris stand in the background with hands joined in namaste, and a small girl in pink watches. A gold-coloured seat or throne is partly visible. The figure seated on the left has long, swept-back hair and distinctive garlanded, saffron-toned ceremonial attire, so the appearance is a person candidate in person, presiding over a paper-handover moment.2014-04-27A photograph of a seated figure in a red top and orange cloth, wearing a long garland of white, pink and purple flowers, receiving a tray from a woman in a white sari with gold border and a rudraksha-style necklace. Behind the seated figure is an ornate gold throne-like seat and a silver trident. Around them, children in white and orange clothing and a woman in white sit under a white tent with fans, and a few onlookers stand at the edges. A small tray of colourful beads or petals is being offered.2009-07-07Indoor photo of a long-haired man in a sleeveless saffron-orange garment seated on an orange cushioned seat with a yellow cloth, smiling and extending his hand toward a small child in white who reaches up toward a man in white with an orange shawl. Behind them, a woman in a red-and-white saree with a red bindi and bangles stands with hands folded, and a woman in a cream saree with green border and a rudraksha mala looks on. Other people in white stand in the background of a hall with a tiled floor, and a tray of sweets sits at the left edge.2010-06-30A seated figure with long swept-back dark hair, a white forehead band, an orange-saffron wrap and a long orange-beaded rudraksha mala with gold ornaments reaches out to bless a young woman kneeling on a red carpet at a ceremony at night. She has her palms pressed together and eyes closed, wearing a white top. He holds a strand of orange beads over her head. Around them stand devotees in white and saffron clothes, some with white forehead markings and mala beads, and a woman in a red sari with a white-clad companion. Behind them hangs a backdrop of colourful flower garlands, and in the foreground is a gold-finished decorative lion-head ornament on the throne area. Visible details suggest a blessing (darshan) in an outdoor evening setting.2013-03-10October 11 20132013-10-11A seated figure in an orange-red sari with a red-and-gold blouse, wearing a coral bead necklace, gold earrings and beaded bracelets, reaches out to a golden tortoise-shaped object while a man in a white shirt kneels beside it, hands held together in reverence. Behind them a woman in white with a rudraksha-style mala stands on a red carpet, with other people in white and orange clothing in a hall with a red-curtained wall and framed pictures. This appears to be a darshan or padapuja setting with a golden tortoise base.2014-11-07August 31 20152015-08-31Indoor satsang or darshan scene. A figure seated on a red cushioned seat, shown from behind-left, wears a rust-orange robe, a leopard-print waist cloth, a white jasmine garland and a beaded mala, and extends a hand to offer small items to a line of devotees. A young boy in a red polo shirt reaches forward with cupped hands, a woman in a blue top and a man in a white shirt with an orange-beaded shawl sit nearby holding similar items, and a woman in a white top with an orange shawl and a woman in a red sari stand behind. Behind them, draped colourful cloth and standing figures in gold and red costumes suggest a temple or decorated hall with a ceiling fan.2014-06-06
