A man seated on an ornate gold throne wears a white turban, white embroidered kurta, a red tilak and a garland of orange and white flowers, holding a folded white cloth. Standing before him is a woman in a white sari with gold border and a long braid, her back to the camera, facing the seated figure. Two young boys in orange robes and rudraksha malas sit cross-legged on a pink mat beside him, and a woman in a light blue sari and a man in white dhoti-style clothing kneel in front of him, the man holding a lit oil lamp on a brass plate. Standing devotees behind them in white and yellow saris and white dhotis hold their hands together in anjali, a floral arrangement and brass vessels lie on the floor, and a staircase with a metal railing stands in the background. Probable Swamiji cues: the seated figure shows long swept-back hair, an orange garment, a white garland and multiple rudraksha malas, and is receiving an aarti-style oil lamp offering.2014-07-10September 15 20132013-09-15 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated man in a red-maroon wrap and red turban on an ornate gold throne carved with lion heads, draped with a tiger-stripe cloth.
