A group of roughly two dozen people sit on mats in a bright hall with white walls and a tiled floor, engaged in seated yoga postures. Many wear white or cream clothes, with some in orange or red garments; several have white lanyards or beaded necklaces. A man in the foreground in a black tracksuit with a grey mat sits in a twisting pose, and a man at right in white shirt and grey trousers sits with one hand raised near his face. A woman in white stretches her arms overhead near the centre, and a person lies stretched out on a pink mat at right. Wall signs read 'Maintain Silence' and 'Switch off cell phones', and a small blue notice hangs on the back wall. Ceiling fans and a fire extinguisher are visible.
