A photograph of a partly finished concrete building under construction on bare, sandy ground. The walls are rendered in grey plaster with open doorways and window gaps, and a steel truss roof frame is visible along the top. An orange flag flies from a pole on the left, and a copper finial sits atop the roof. A single person in a white top and dark wrap skirt stands near the base of the wall, beside a blue barrel and scattered sacks and building materials. The sky is clear blue with scattered clouds.
