July 08 20092009-07-08A photograph of an outdoor ritual at a tall copper column wrapped with yellow and red flower garlands, with a small seated deity figure carved on its base panel. A man with long dark hair and a swept-back style wears an orange-saffron robe with an orange-and-gold beaded mala around his neck, holding a few marigold-yellow flowers in one hand and a silver tray with offerings in the other. Beside him, a person in white clothing with a red sash stands at the right edge. Palm trees and a grey overcast sky are behind, with a dark stone figure at the lower centre. The man's appearance is consistent with the page's a person reference through his long hair, saffron robe and beaded mala, but this is an appearance-based candidate only.2010-10-07July 26 20102010-07-26Outdoors under a bright sky beside a tall palm tree, a man in an orange-saffron robe stands beside an ornate bronze-toned pillar with a carved shrine-like top and a broad carved base. He wears a white and red flower garland and an orange-and-gold ceremonial necklace, with long dark hair swept back, and he raises one hand toward the pillar in a gesture of blessing. Marigold and white flower garlands and red blossoms hang on the pillar, with palm fronds tucked near its top. A dark stone deity murti stands at the left edge beside foliage. The robe, garlands and carved pillar make this a ritual setting. Probable Swamiji appears in person, based on the long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and gold necklace.2010-02-12December 23 20082008-12-23 +1 copiesJuly 08 20092009-07-08Outdoor photo under a clear blue sky beside a tall copper flagstaff wrapped with white cloth and ringed with copper bands, its base a small shrine-like structure decorated with yellow and orange marigold garlands and palm fronds. In the foreground, two men in saffron-orange robes stand with their backs to the camera, one with long dark hair and the other with shorter hair; a bearded man in orange clothing stands at right near palm fronds and a fringed red canopy. Blurred heads of onlookers fill the lower edge.2008-12-23December 23 20082008-12-23November 06 20102010-11-06December 23 20082008-12-23October 18 20102010-10-18 +1 copiesOctober 18 20102010-10-18 +1 copies
