A photograph of a ritual at an open-air pavilion with white pillars and palm trees behind. In the foreground a woman in white sari kneels on a white cloth holding a silver tray with offerings and flowers. Another woman in a white sari with a red shawl lies prostrate on the cloth in devotion. Standing in the centre, a man in red-and-gold dhoti with a saffron-striped wrap presses his palms together in namaskar. Behind them, several men in orange and red robes and rudraksha malas stand and attend, while women in red, green and white saris and a seated crowd watch in the background. A gold-edged throne and a white cloth-covered seat appear at the left.

Outdoor-style pavilion with white columns and tropical palms behind. A man in a red-brown dhoti with yellow-gold border and a rudraksha mala stands with palms pressed together, while men in saffron-orange robes with gold borders stand beside him and others in red garments are visible. A woman in a white sari with red border kneels on a white cloth holding a silver tray of leaves and offerings, and another woman in white kneels beside her. A green leaf mat lies on the white cloth. Several people in white and red clothes stand in the background, and a golden ornate chair with a fan-like staff is visible at left.

A photograph of a devotional ritual in an open-sided hall with palms outside. A shaved-headed man in a deep red dhoti with gold borders and rudraksha beads kneels and bows forward, hands joined in namaskar, toward a woman in white lying prostrate on a white cloth. Around them stand several women in red and gold saris with rudraksha malas, and a man in white and saffron-robed attendees sit or stand in the background. A woman in a white sari at left holds a silver tray with betel leaves and money. Green banana leaves and offerings lie on the floor. Nearby is an ornate gold-trimmed chair. The scene reads as a padapuja-style reception of honour with devotees, though no name is visible.

A photograph of an indoor ritual room with white walls, a ceiling projector, and light wooden floor. Two men in saffron-orange dhotis and shawls stand centre-right; the taller one has long swept-back hair tied in a knot, a white forehead mark, layered gold necklaces and a gold armband, and holds a red tray of folded papers and small wrapped items. A younger man beside him in orange with a gold necklace also holds the tray. A kneeling man in white dhoti with gold border bends forward, and a kneeling woman in a maroon sari with gold border bows her head near him. Standing devotees in white and light shirts watch with hands folded, and a man in white with gold-bordered dhoti and a mala stands at right.

A photograph of a crowded outdoor ritual setting with a dense group of men gathered closely. Two men in saffron-orange dhotis and shawls stand centre, one wearing a long beaded rudraksha mala and a gold pendant, the other with a gold necklace and multiple beaded malas. A man in a white dhoti bends low in front of them, seemingly offering respect. Around them, men in white kurtas and white dhotis stand watching, one holding a long wooden staff at left. A cameraperson with a video camera is visible at the left edge, and colourful paper decorations hang overhead beneath a canopy.

A seated man in an orange-and-gold garment with a thick gold-toned beaded necklace and swept-back hair gestures with an open hand toward a shaven-headed man in white who kneels with palms joined in namaskar, an orange shawl draped over his shoulders. A woman in white with an orange shawl, rudraksha mala and a tilak sits nearby, looking on. Behind them other people in white and orange stand near a red curtain, a golden decorative frame and an electric fan. The scene looks like a satsang with a visiting devotee greeting the guru. Swamiji (probable) is the seated man in orange, identified by his orange-and-gold clothing, long swept-back hair and ornate gold necklace.

A photograph of a group ritual in a hall with a tiled floor and orange and striped mats. Several people in white dhoti and white cloth are bowing or kneeling on the floor, one man in white with a shaved head and a beaded necklace sits cross-legged, holding a green leaf over a silver plate. A woman with long light hair, wearing a white sari with gold border, bends low over the plate. A man in the foreground wears a dark rudraksha mala and white clothing. A figure in orange robes sits near a tray of green leaves at the back. Standing attendees in white and yellow sarees and dhotis fill the background.

Outdoor ritual gathering under a decorated pandal on a red carpet. A bare-chested man with a swept-back hair and an orange turban, wearing an orange shawl, sits on a low wooden seat and receives offerings of sliced fruit from people kneeling beside him. Around them, devotees in white dhotis and white saris with gold borders wear orange shawls, and a cameraman films the scene. Palm fronds and hanging decorations frame the tent, consistent with a ceremony at the Salem ashram inauguration.
