Photo of a homa fire ceremony in an indoor temple hall, with a large bright fire burning on the floor in the centre. An elderly bearded man with a shaved head and white beard, wearing a red-and-gold shawl over a bare upper body, pours offerings into the flames with his hands. Beside him, a man in yellow dhoti and bare chest assists with the offering. Around the fire are plates of fruit, flowers, grains and a brass kalasha. Standing devotees in orange and saffron robes and a man in white kurta with folded hands watch and pray; a man in yellow dhoti at right holds up a phone to photograph. Rudraksha malas are visible on several people. Roughly eight to ten people are visible.

A homa fire ceremony in an indoor hall with a tiled floor and a white tent canopy with orange drapes at the right. A fire blazes in a brick fire pit decorated with red and white rangoli, and a priest in a red-orange dhoti and red headwrap bends over it, feeding it. A man at left in an orange turban, red and orange robes and a red-and-white flower garland stands with hands folded, with several people in white and red-orange shawls behind him, many with palms pressed together in prayer. Brass oil lamps stand at right and a brass vessel sits beside the pit. Around 20-30 people are visible, many in white. The standing man has distinctive turban, garland and ornate clothing cues, but his identity is uncertain.

A photograph of a homa fire ceremony in a plain indoor hall. A tall flame rises from a fire pit in the lower centre, surrounded by offerings of fruit, bowls and flower garlands. A priest in a bare-chested yellow dhoti kneels at the fire and feeds it. Beside him, a man in yellow dhoti and wrap, with a dark-grey mala, holds a flat woven tray. A bearded older man in white dhoti and shawl stands with palms joined, next to a man in an orange shawl. On the right, a man in a yellow dhoti and purple sash holds a brass bell and bows with palms together. A woman in an orange sari and rudraksha mala stands with hands folded, and a seated elder with a white beard wears an orange-red shawl. Around them stand more devotees in white and orange clothing. Several people, mostly in white and saffron, watch the rite.
