A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes with a red and yellow flower garland and gold armbands sits on a red tiger-print throne-like couch, extending his hand to receive or give something. Beside him stands a shaved-headed priest in saffron cloth with white tilak and beaded necklaces. Around them about a dozen boys in black t-shirts and dark shorts stand, sit or crouch, some with palms pressed together in greeting. A small white cooler sits behind the boys and a scattered handful of sweets lie on the mat. Red cushions and a walking staff rest on the couch.2012-06-03May 13 20132013-05-13A photograph of a seated man in orange robes on an ornate gold-and-red throne, leaning forward with long swept-back dark hair, receiving devotees. A man in orange robes with a gold garland stands at left, and another in orange stands behind the throne. A woman in a teal sari stands among the devotees. A gold-embroidered footstool and a microphone stand are in the foreground, and a gold-framed backdrop with dark curtains completes the setting. The seated figure shows swept-back long hair and orange clothing, matching Swamiji (probable), with the throne and devotee greeting as role cues.2010-10-21August 27 20082008-08-27 +1 copiesSeptember 03 20072007-09-03July 16 20142014-07-16April 27 20162016-04-27December 03 20112011-12-03A seated man in red-orange robes with a large black turban-style headwrap and white forehead markings sits on a wooden platform beside a plastic tray of dried herbs or grains, extending his hand toward a young boy in orange who kneels and reaches for the tray. Brass oil lamps, a golden trident and a wooden pillar stand behind them. Several children and young attendants in orange and saffron clothes with rudraksha malas stand nearby, and a red-walled courtyard frames the scene. The man wears a beaded mala and what appears to be a bracelet, and his crossed-leg seating places him on a raised cushioned seat.2016-01-11A seated figure with long dark hair, wearing an orange-saffron wrap and a long orange-red rudraksha-style mala, reaches out to take the hand of a young boy in a yellow-and-white striped shirt with a lanyard.
