A photograph of a ceremonial blessing in an indoor hall. A man in a grey-and-pink turban with a pale grey shawl and a pink-orange garment, wearing rudraksha beads on his wrist, places his hand on the shoulder of a young man in a brown-and-green striped shirt who bows his head. Beside them a priest in white dhoti with a yellow border and a rudraksha mala holds the young man's arm. An older man in a striped shirt and glasses stands on the left with palms pressed together. An orange-robed attendant stands at right. The figure in the turban shows some cues associated with a person, including the turban, rudraksha beads and pink-orange clothing, and performs the blessing role.2011-10-21A photograph of a smiling man in a lavender-grey turban with a peacock-feather ornament and a red tilak, wearing a pink-orange shawl draped over one shoulder, a long mala of dark rudraksha beads, and gold armlets. He extends his right hand toward a man in an orange shirt with a beaded necklace who stands facing him. Other men in white and checked shirts stand behind and beside them in a hall with ceiling lights and a colourful banner in the background. The turbaned man's appearance is consistent with the page's a person reference, but the face is not used for identification, so he is described by role and clothing only. Another visible person in a light shirt is partially shown at the left edge.2011-10-21A photo of a bare-chested, saffron-robed figure wearing an orange turban with gold trim, multiple gold bangles, and a gold necklace, reaching out to clasp hands with a seated devotee in a light lavender shirt. Behind them, men in white and pink shirts stand with palms together or watch, and a bald man in white with a red tilak on his forehead looks on. The setting is an indoor hall with blurred background lights.2011-09-24October 21 20112011-10-21October 20 20112011-10-20December 03 20112011-12-03A photo of a visitor in a light striped shirt and tan shawl, with glasses and grey hair, pressing palms together in anjali toward a man in a deep red turban with gold trim and a red robe. The turbaned man wears heavy gold beaded necklaces and a gold bracelet, and has a red tilak on his forehead, while his eyes are closed and he smiles. Behind them stand people in orange and white robes, and a man in a orange shawl at right reaches out with his hand. The background is a blurred indoor hall with cream walls. Appearance-based a person: the turbaned figure in red and gold ornaments, but identity is uncertain.2011-11-28A photograph of a person in a yellow turban and yellow shawl, wearing a rudraksha mala, gold bangles and a purple-and-red patterned garment, receiving a folded paper from a man in a black fleece jacket with grey hair. A figure in orange robes stands at left with hands joined in namaste. Behind them a blurred red backdrop and a golden deity murti are visible.2011-10-04December 18 20112011-12-18October 20 20112011-10-20Indoor photograph of a man in a multicoloured pink, yellow and orange turban with a small floral ornament, wearing a pink and saffron garment, layered rudraksha-style beaded necklaces, copper-coloured bangles and an orange shawl. He raises his right hand in blessing toward a bowing older man in a light blue checked shirt. A shaved-headed man in orange robes and glasses stands at right, and a crowd of devotees stands in the background under warm ceiling lights. Swamiji (probable): the turbaned figure with long hair and ornate beaded necklaces matches the page's Swamiji reference, based on the turban, rudraksha-style malas and saffron clothing.2011-10-18A photograph of a central figure in a striped orange and pink turban with a jewelled brooch, wearing a pink robe and a long multi-strand rudraksha mala with white beads, raising a palm toward a devotee's head in a blessing gesture. On the left, an older man with grey hair and beard wears an orange shawl, and a devotee with hands joined stands nearby. A man in a khaki shirt and other devotees stand in a crowd behind. On the far right a shaven-headed priest in an orange shawl with a red sash is partly visible.2011-12-27
