He wears a light tan turban, a red bindi, a red shawl draped over one shoulder with gold-bordered edges, and a long necklace of gold beads. His hands are gesturing in mid-talk. A small silver Shiva lingam sits on the table at lower left, and an orange cloth lies across the cushion. A green banner with gold lettering hangs behind. Probable Swamiji: the turban, red and gold ceremonial dress, gold bead garland and throne match the page's identification of the speaker, though the appearance is not fully certain.2010-09-16November 21 20152015-11-21A seated man in orange saffron robes speaks on a gilded, ornately carved golden throne with a red velvet back. He wears a heavy ornate gold necklace of bead-like pendants, has a white tilak with a red bindi on his forehead, and gestures with his raised right hand while his left hand rests in his lap. A microphone stand, water bottles and a vase of white, green, red and orange flowers sit to his right against a dark curtain. Swamiji (probable): long swept-back hair, saffron robes and ornate gold necklace on a golden throne, fitting the page's identification, so this is recorded as an in-person candidate. Appearance cues are sufficient, but the photo is a single clear frontal-profile view of one person.2011-03-05
