At the centre stands a carved stone shrine housing deity murti with a red curtain behind them, a golden arch framing the central figure who holds a trident and wears a crown and garlands. Flanking them are attendant figures in garlands, and brass lamps and offerings sit before the platform. Above, a painted arch shows a seated couple with a bull (nandi) and two more bulls on the roof, and two tall black stone dvarapalaka guardians stand at the sides wearing white dhotis and garlands. No people are visible.2015-06-20Interior wall relief panels in a hall with a white ceiling and a ceiling light fixture, set against blue backdrops above a row of metal-grilled windows. Painted three-dimensional figures include a goddess seated on a pink lotus in gold and green attire, a dancing figure with a flute-like object and a garland, a mythic scene with figures on lotuses and a decorated chariot holding a seated figure, and a multi-armed deity on a white bull holding a trident and other objects. No physical people are present in the scene.2007-12-12December 12 20072007-12-12August 09 20102010-08-09A photograph of a stone shrine with a gold-framed arch holding a deity murti of a seated couple, with a kalasha-like central figure and garlanded statues. Two standing attendant statues flank the arch, one in green and purple, one in red and dark attire, all wearing marigold garlands. Large dark guardian statues in white dhoti with garlands stand at the sides. Brass lamps and a flower-decorated altar sit in front, with a red cloth hanging to the right and a red-and-white pole structure around the shrine.2015-06-20July 08 20122012-07-08Outdoor view of a South Indian temple complex under a bright sky. A blue-painted shrine with a wooden double door, flanked by two dvarapala guardian figures, stands at the top of a wide white marble staircase with gold railings. In the centre is a small enclosed shrine with a black stone linga and a red lotus-shaped base, possibly a nandi-linga arrangement, and beyond it a domed temple tower with a kalasha. Two people in white clothing stand beneath a covered open pavilion on the left, near a small stall. Palm trees and a streetlight appear in the background.2009-08-08July 29 20082008-07-29August 09 20102010-08-09A photograph inside a covered open-sided temple pavilion with a grey stone shrine. At the centre, a deity murti stands in a ornate niche with garlands and a blue-and-gold draped figure, while a framed portrait of a person in orange robes sits on a red-draped seat before it, garlanded with flowers. On the left, several people in orange robes stand with hands folded in prayer; a man in an orange garment stands near the shrine, and two people sit with their backs to the camera in the foreground. Orange cloth hangs from the pillars and red-and-white striped railings frame the steps.2009-12-02
