The orange-clad figure holds a small white card or paper in his other hand. Behind them stands a large gold deity murti and red cushions.2014-01-04A photograph of a darshan blessing. A man with long dark wavy hair and a vertical tilak mark sits on a tiger-striped cushion, wearing an orange saffron garment with rudraksha mala beads, a gold-accented ceremonial necklace and a bead bracelet, holding a golden trident-like staff with his left hand, eyes closed. He extends his right hand and presses his palm onto the forehead of a middle-aged man with grey hair and stubble, dressed in a white t-shirt, who bows forward with his palms raised in reverence. Pale walls form the background. The seated figure has distinctive long hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha malas, so the appearance-based label applies: Swamiji (probable) is giving a blessing to a devotee in person.2012-04-17A photograph of a satsang-style blessing. A man with long, swept-back dark hair and a saffron-orange wrap, with rudraksha malas around his neck, leans forward and touches the forehead of an older bald man in a white shirt and rudraksha mala. The older man raises both hands overhead, palms open. Behind them, a seated man in white and an orange-robed figure are visible, with red curtains and small lamps in the background.2013-07-05July 06 20132013-07-06A seated man in a white dhoti with a red-and-gold border and a white shawl, with long dark hair, rudraksha beads and a white forehead mark, extends his right arm to touch the forehead of a kneeling younger man in a white shirt with curly brown hair, who has his palms raised in reverence. A red cushion sits to the left and a window is in the background. Two physical people are present.2012-04-15A photograph of a long-haired man in a cream sleeveless garment with an orange-brown shawl draped at his waist and gold-brown beaded bracelets on both wrists, reaching forward to place his hand on the head of a young man in a white shirt. The young man has his palms together and head bowed in devotion. Behind them, blurred figures in white and saffron clothing watch the blessing indoors. The long-haired man has distinctive swept hair and beaded adornments, so this is a person in a blessing role, giving darshan to a devotee.2012-04-16July 04 20132013-07-04April 15 20122012-04-15July 26 20172017-07-26
