Photo of a devotional gathering on a stage hung with deep red drapes. A woman in a rust-red sari with a gold border and a long mala of dark beads stands at right, holding a microphone and gesturing to her forehead while speaking. Beside her a young child in an orange cloth, with bare chest, beaded necklace and ash markings, holds a shallow brass bowl. Behind them stands a large ornate gold-coloured wall panel with relief figures. Seated devotees in white clothing fill the foreground with their backs to the camera, listening attentively. The seated man wears a bare-shouldered orange wrap and holds a small spoon-like object toward the boy's mouth. Silver and gold plates with green leaves sit on a low gold stand beside the throne. The setting is a ritual feeding or prasadam offering in a temple-style hall, with the throne as the central focus.2013-07-14A woman in an orange-brown sari with a yellow border sits on a white plastic chair on a stage with dark red curtains, speaking into a clip-on microphone while gesturing with her right hand.
