Night procession photographed outdoors. In the centre, a man in an orange saffron garment with long swept-back hair and a rudraksha mala walks forward with hands together, a presence that appears to be Swamiji (probable) based on the long hair, saffron clothing and mala. A young attendant in white with an orange shawl to his left carries a glass jar. Behind, a multicoloured canopy umbrella is held aloft. Several men in white shirts and white dhotis walk around, some holding white poles or staffs, and a row of devotees stands at right. Behind them, an illuminated decorated arch with a deity murti and peacock-feather motifs is carried in the procession. Dark background, bright lamp lighting. Around fifteen to twenty people are visible.2006-12-23Night procession on a dirt path lit only by the dark sky and a palm tree at right.
