A woman in a white sari with gold border stands at left, holding a brass lamp tray with lit flames aloft toward a seated golden statue. The statue wears a maroon turban, a white flower garland and green leaf garland, and a maroon draped cloth; it is a statue, not a physical person. Before it stand brass oil lamps, a brass tray of fruit and leaves, smoking incense sticks, a flowered offering and a tiger-striped cloth on the floor. The room has gold-patterned walls, a black-tiled altar platform and a wall heater.2022-03-01KAILASA TORONTO, CANADA on 1/24/20222022-01-24Photo 66789062022-04-16 +1 copiesA woman in a cream and gold sari stands at a small home shrine, reaching toward a brass plate of offerings and a small brass bell beside two decorated deity murti.
