A seated figure on a red cushioned throne receives offerings at a gathering indoors. The figure has long dreadlocked hair, wears a rust-brown shawl, a gold ceremonial necklace and gold armlets, and holds a hand out over a tray of rice. Heaps of marigolds and roses in yellow, red and pink lie on a red cloth before him, and a gold cobra-shaped ornament sits at the front. Women in saris stand and kneel around the throne, one smiling and reaching forward with offerings, and a man in white stands at the right. Garlands of yellow and white flowers frame the left edge. The figure is a person candidate by appearance (long dreadlocks, gold necklace and armlets, brown shawl) seated on a throne being offered flowers and food.

A photograph of a seated man with long dark swept-back hair, wearing a saffron-orange robe, a red and white flower garland, and rudraksha malas, seated on a red throne with gold lion-head armrests under a white and red tent. A woman in white with a red-bordered sari kneels before him, touching his hand, while a bare-chested man in orange with a yellow and white bead necklace stands behind. Several women in orange and saffron garments with beaded necklaces, some holding offerings, gather around, and more devotees in white stand in the background. The seated figure appears to be a probable Swamiji candidate based on his long swept-back hair, ornate saffron clothing, rudraksha malas and garland. The scene resembles a devotional puja or padapuja at a festival setting.
